Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Agapi, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We take pride in the quality of our garments and are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Please review our policy carefully before submitting a return, exchange, or refund request.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Customers may be asked to provide photos of the garment and the issue being reported.

  • All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Size & Fit Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be challenging.

  • If the item delivered matches the size ordered by the customer, it is eligible for a one-time exchange for the same outfit in another available size, subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds will not be issued for sizing concerns, fit preferences, color preferences, or personal preference when the correct item and size ordered were delivered.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, Agapi may offer store credit equal to the value of the item.

  • We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

A return request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for review and inspection by our team. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Customers must provide photos of the garment and the issue being reported.

  • The item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided by our team once the return request is approved.

Depending on the nature of the request and the outcome of our inspection, an approved return may result in:

  • An exchange

  • Store credit

  • A refund (if eligible under our Refund Policy)

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Fit preferences.

  • Color preferences.

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal style preferences.

  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or device display differences.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging.

  • Custom-sized or customized items.

  • Sale or discounted items.

Agapi reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • The item received was damaged prior to delivery.

  • An incorrect item was sent by Agapi.

  • An incorrect size was sent by Agapi.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Fit preferences.

  • Colour preferences.

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal style preferences.

  • Items that match the product description and size ordered.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping & Store Credit

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including return shipping and reshipping charges.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the requested exchange item or size is unavailable, Agapi may issue store credit equal to the value of the item.

  • If an exchange or refund is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Agapi, we will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Exchange Processing Time

  • Once an exchange request has been approved and the original item has been received and inspected, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for the exchange process to be completed.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and shipping timelines.

  • Customers will be notified once the replacement item has been dispatched.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

  • Be returned with all original tags and packaging.

Agapi reserves the right to reject any exchange, return, or refund request if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

If a returned item fails inspection, the request may be denied and the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Quality Inspection & Order Verification

Every Agapi garment undergoes a quality inspection prior to dispatch.

  • All garments are inspected and documented before shipment.

  • Agapi reserves the right to review pre-dispatch quality records, including photographs and videos, when assessing exchange, return, or refund requests.

  • Any claim regarding damage, defects, or missing components will be reviewed against these records before a final decision is made.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom-sized or customised pieces.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Jewellery and accessories.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging.

Policy Misuse

Agapi reserves the right to refuse return, exchange, or refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims or where the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
