Yes, custom sizing is available on most of our products. If a product supports custom sizing, you’ll see a “Custom Size” option on the product page. Please select it and enter your measurements using the provided fields. For accurate sizing, we recommend referring to the “How to Measure” guide before submitting your measurements. Please note that custom-sized orders may involve additional processing time or charges, which will be indicated at the time of selection.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

The price listed on the product page is the product price inclusive of Duties/ Tariffs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are covered by Agapi and will not be charged separately at delivery.
We occasionally run promotions and special offers. Any active discounts will be visible on the website or announced on our official Instagram page.
Prices and promotions may vary between online and in-store purchases. We recommend checking the final price on the platform where you plan to place your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping: $15 Expedited Shipping: $30 Free Shipping: Available on orders $199 and above Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Each product has a specific processing time, Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Once shipped, delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
Expedited shipping is a faster shipping option once your order has been dispatched. It does not reduce the product’s processing or production time.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
