Return Policy FAQ

We offer a 7-day return policy on all items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Send mail to orders@agapiclothing.com. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions include final sale items, customized products, and items that have been worn or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges paid are non-refundable. In the event of a 'Free Shipping' promotion, standard shipment charges paid from our end will be deducted from the refund amount back to you.
You will be liable for all return shipping charges and customs fees for orders placed internationally. When shipping internationally, we would recommend using your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) for the cheapest international shipping rates.

You can make an exchange, free of charge! (Applicable to the United States only). Please note you can only exchange for a new size of the same item. If the size or item you want is no longer in-stock or you would like to return your purchase for a new item altogether, you may return for store credit and use the credit towards any other item on our site. The item(s) for exchange must be in unworn and unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.
Custom stitched items are not eligible for exchange as the item is stitched as per your provided measurements.
