Returns and Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for an exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Final sale and discounted items cannot be returned
- Customised items cannot be returned.
- Jewellery and accessories cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Email support@agapiclothing.com with your order number and return request.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
International Returns
- We do accept returns from international customers.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags still attached.
- Returns should be sent to our US return address.
- Customers are kindly asked to cover the return shipping cost and arrange the shipment.
- Please include your order number and contact info inside the package to help us process your return quickly.
