Returns and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale and discounted items cannot be returned

  • Customised items cannot be returned.
  • Jewellery and accessories cannot be returned.

How to Return

  • Email support@agapiclothing.com with your order number and return request.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

International Returns

  • We do accept returns from international customers.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags still attached.
  • Returns should be sent to our US return address.
  • Customers are kindly asked to cover the return shipping cost and arrange the shipment.
  • Please include your order number and contact info inside the package to help us process your return quickly.

Return Policy FAQ

  • We offer a 7-day return policy on all items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Send mail to orders@agapiclothing.com. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

  • Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions include final sale items, customized products, and items that have been worn or damaged.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

    Please note that original shipping charges paid are non-refundable. In the event of a 'Free Shipping' promotion, standard shipment charges paid from our end will be deducted from the refund amount back to you.

    You will be liable for all return shipping charges and customs fees for orders placed internationally. When shipping internationally, we would recommend using your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) for the cheapest international shipping rates.

  • You can make an exchange, free of charge! (Applicable to the United States only). Please note you can only exchange for a new size of the same item. If the size or item you want is no longer in-stock or you would like to return your purchase for a new item altogether, you may return for store credit and use the credit towards any other item on our site. The item(s) for exchange must be in unworn and unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.

    Custom stitched items are not eligible for exchange as the item is stitched as per your provided measurements.
