SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES
U.S. Shipping
- We offer Standard 7–14 business days shipping on selected items.
- Orders are processed within 48 hours with an estimated delivery time of approximately two weeks.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $199 (before tax).
- For all international orders, standard shipping costs $15, while expedited shipping is available at $30.
- Some items may have a longer delivery window depending on availability and fulfillment location. If so, we will notify you via email.

- We ship globally.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to payment authorization delays or public holidays. We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship items within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch. Agapi Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs in the destination country.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt; however, for some residential addresses, the shipment may be left at the doorstep at the carrier's discretion.
Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. For further updates on your order status, please contact our customer care team.
ADDRESS CHANGE POLICY
Once an order is confirmed, no modifications can be made. However, address change requests will be considered only if submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.
Requests made after the order has been dispatched may or may not be accommodated, depending on confirmation from the shipping carrier. If the address change is successfully processed, an additional fee will apply, payable to the carrier. Please note that address change requests cannot be guaranteed, and Agapi Clothing will not be held responsible if the change cannot be completed after dispatch.
PACKAGE REFUSED AT DELIVERY
If for any reason you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery, a 75% restocking fee will be levied upon your order and will be deducted from the refund amount to you.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Agapi Clothing cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided in your order. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages at your location, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address, such as your workplace, to ensure safe receipt of your order.
